Help us find your order. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For sizing questions, tell us the product name and your pet's neck, chest and back measurements.
Delivery: 1–3 business days to process, then an estimated 7–15 business days in transit (8–18 business days total).
Returns: Request within 30 calendar days after delivery, then send your approved return within 14 calendar days after approval.
