About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Zoomie online store at www.zoomiebol.com and purchases made through it. “Zoomie,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to this store. Our storefront is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Using the store
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Keep any account credentials private. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation or infringement of another person's rights.
Products, sizing and pet care
Please review the selected product, size chart, color and purchase option before checkout. Items and accessories are included only when the selected option expressly lists them. Colors may appear different across screens and lighting conditions, and measurement tolerances are stated where relevant on the product page.
Measure your pet before ordering and check the fit when the item arrives. Clothing and decorative accessories are not substitutes for a suitable restraint or safety device. Supervise your pet during use and remove an item if it causes discomfort, restricts movement or becomes damaged.
Prices, payment and promotions
Store prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise clearly indicated. Review your selected items, shipping charge, discounts and total at checkout before paying. Payment is handled by the payment services available at checkout and is subject to their authorization.
Promotions apply according to the eligibility, product scope, dates and combination rules displayed with the offer or at checkout. A promotion is not guaranteed to apply to every product or customer. Changes to prices or future offers do not change the agreed price of an existing order.
Orders and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If there is an availability, payment, pricing or order-detail problem, we will contact you to explain it and the available next steps. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order or cancel it, we will refund payments for the canceled items and associated charges as required by applicable law.
For a requested change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch. This does not limit any mandatory cancellation rights.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Orders are dispatched from China to the United States. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days; estimated transit after dispatch is 7–15 business days, for an estimated total of 8–18 business days from order to delivery. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delay assistance.
Return requests can be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns must be sent within 14 calendar days after approval, not received by the return point within that period. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the return destination, shipping responsibility and refund process.
Privacy, communications and third-party services
How personal information is collected and used is described in our Privacy Policy. We may contact you about your order or support request using the information you provide. Third-party payment services and external websites may have their own terms and privacy policies; review them when using those services.
Store content
Store content, photographs, branding and product materials are owned by Zoomie or their respective rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without the relevant permission, except as permitted by law.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms for future use and orders. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
